We all want a nice butt and glutes, but its not always easy to find. There are so many fun exercises you can do that can get that butt lifted and looking firm just in time for summer. Are you a woman who wants to wow the guys with a hot summer body? Are you a man who wants girls to check out your booty in your jeans? Well here is a workout that will help you get there! Sometimes exercises are not always the most manly looking (for you guys out there), but its about getting the results. Add this exercise to your leg routine and see the nice round perky butt appear!
