Personal Trainer Newport Beach Demonstrates An Advanced Core Workout.

Here is the breakdown:
Keeping the body and back completely straight and arms locked in a push up position. Perform a push up then bring your free knee to your chest. Rotating between push up and what I call a one legged suspended mountain climber. Repeat on other side after 10 pushups and 10 one legged suspended mountain climbers or 1 min on each side! Enjoy!
