I have been personal training in Orange County for over 10years! I have come across all types of body types, personalities and desired fitness goals. Although personal training certifications are helpful in giving great insight into anatomy and body functions it does not define a personal trainer. I feel experience, personality and care out weigh any certification, but most people looking for a personal trainer like to know that the person who is responsible for handling there health has been through formal educational avenues. We also continually attend pure barre, boot camps and other various classes in order to keep up with trends and the latest workouts.
