Things To Help With Good Form:

There are three main components that determine your form when lifting weights or performing an exercise:

* Control your speed: Slow and accurate movements are best. The quicker you do reps the more tendencies you will have to lose control. Don’t let the weight control you, you control the weight. Even when lowering the weights don’t let gravity do the work, stay in control.

*Stability: Only the muscle you are training should be moving, nothing else. The rest of your body should be still. Don’t cheat and allow other muscle groups to intervene with your primary body part being worked. Your body should not be rocking backwards or forwards.

* Full range of motion: The whole motion of the workout should be performed during your workout routine. Half rep motions mean you only getting half of a workout. Go all the way through, and then all the way back.

Make your workouts count by using the proper form to get the results you want from your hard work. Hire a personal trainer to help you with your form. It will be well worth it.
