Orange Personal Trainer Demonstrates Bur-pee Workout With Minor Variation
Most of us have done bur-pees at one time or another. They are great for building cardiovascular stamina and leg strength. As a personal trainers in Orange County we do our best to provide variations to original workouts to give it a different look and feel while working the original body parts and muscle groups it was intended for!
Here is the break down:
You will need some type of visual reference point to jump over. Do a basic bur-pee then jump over the reference point turning 180 degrees and repeat. You can make this more difficult by adding reference points that are taller in order to force yourself to jump higher and make your legs work harder.
